Aria is designed by DigiBit in Madrid to combine the benefits of bit perfect computer audio together with the convenience of purpose designed high-end audio equipment. Computer audio without the need for a computer. The stunningly realised casework hides a powerful device for archiving and accessing your music collection. Music ripped from your CD’s, your downloaded music, and any available music already in your network can all be included in the Aria library via the simplicity of the well-designed intuitive iPad app. (android version also available)
Ripping a CD is simplicity itself, open the drawer, inset the CD and press close. Approx. 3mins later the disc is ripped, properly tagged and in the library ready for you to enjoy. All achieved without the need for any computer skills or knowledge, it all happens in the Aria automatically.
Aria uses high quality metadata to ensure the music appears correctly in the library, and has 18 fields for use with any genre. This is particularly useful for classical music, no more composer appearing as artist, unless you want it to.
If you want to add music already stored on a NAS or elsewhere on the network, a few simple steps via the app will organise it. Via airplay all the main streaming services are available along with the audio from internet radio, BBC iPlayer, YouTube etc
Using custom designed industrial grade circuits along with industry recognised best in class software the Aria makes the transition from CD to streaming a simple step.
